Consulting/Staff Augmentation

Right to Hire

Our “Right to Hire” proposition offers you and your firm the flexibility of bringing in employees on a trial basis to see how they work and fit within your organization prior to making a formal FTE hire. This “try before you buy” option gives you a "no worries" approach when it comes to hiring a permanent employee thus providing a smoother transition.  Our consultants are available for permanent hire at no extra fee, upon completion of a three-month contract period.  In addition, hiring a full time employee can be a lengthy process. With this process clients can start an employee immediately on a contract-to-permanent basis to avoid any slowdown in work. Overall, the Right to Hire model gives you more flexibility in paying for a new employee’s acquisition.
