Mr. Mark Arzoomanian joined Resource Search Company as CEO in December, 2004. Prior to RSC, Mark was a Senior Partner and founder of Starpoint Solutions. Upon joining Starpoint in 1988, he quickly grew the company from only five employees to 1,500 within a ten year span while simultaneously growing the firm’s annual revenue to over $100 million with fourteen offices around the nation. His background is very deep in both the recruiting and sales side. Mr. Arzoomanian learned the basics of the business by “running a desk” and now runs this international firm with the same steadfast approach and passion as it’s Chairman and CEO. His dynamic personality has made it possible for him to build strong, lifelong relationships with both his customers and staff. Mark is known by those in the industry as a loyal and steady friend, colleague and partner. His dedication is unquestionable and unwavering, and his commitment to philanthropy is second to none. In addition to his role at RSC, Mark has a background in Private Equity and has been very successful in raising funds to fuel growth both within and outside the staffing industry throughout the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Arzoomanian attended Brooklyn Technical High School in NYC, a highly acclaimed technical school. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Queens College.

| David I. Berley

Mr. David Berley serves as Executive Vice President/Strategic Advisor and helps to navigate RSC in a constantly changing landscape. His years of wisdom and contacts have helped RSC evolve to a prominent player in the staffing industry. David is also the Chairman of the Board and owner of Walter & Samuels Inc., one of New York’s oldest property and asset management firms. W & S manages over three million square feet of commercial office space as well as major retail shopping centers in the tri-state area, most of which are owned by entities controlled by Mr. Berley. The firm also manages luxurious condominiums, cooperatives and rental apartment buildings in the city’s most upscale and thriving neighborhoods and is also one of New York’s most successful long term cooperative and condominium converters. The firm employs over 25 on staff professionals including management and leasing specialists, attorneys, asset management experts, financial analysts, construction engineers, and residential conversion experts. Walter & Samuels Inc. has operated portfolios for many prominent New York City real estate owners, including General Electric Corp. and Deutsche Bank.

Kenneth R. Auerbach

Mr. Ken Auerbach assists RSC with analysis and financial engineering. Ken is keenly aware of market conditions and monitors the industry on a daily basis. In his role, Ken prepares deal memos and compiles the data needed to prepare RSC for M&A activity. Mr. Auerbach graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Economics and an L.L.B. from Duke University School of Law. He is a Managing Director of W & S Capital Services, where he advises and arranges funding for middle market clients. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of First Atlantic Investment Corp. where Mr. Auerbach and his associates raised over $350 million in real estate equity. Prior to this he served as a Vice President and Lending Officer for Chase Manhattan Bank and Bank Leumi. Ken has also been a volunteer board member of the United Cerebral Palsy Association since 1970, and for many years served as Chairman of its National Finance Committee. He remains Treasurer of the United Cerebral Palsy Research & Educational Foundation, a position he has held since 1978

| Edward A Celano

Mr. Edward Celano brings to RSC a highly accredited background in the investment banking world. It is with Mr. Celano's help that financing is provided for all M&A activities. All strategic acquisitions and merger related deal flow is prepared and coordinated by Ed. In addition Ed is currently serving as Managing Director in charge of Corporate Financial Services at Walter & Samuels, a New York City based real estate company. He’s been with W&S since 2003 and prior to that, Ed was Managing Director of Corporate Finance at M.R. Weiser for 3 years. From 1995 to 2000, Ed served as Executive Vice President and Chief Loan Officer at Atlantic Bank of New York, and prior to that he held the title of Senior Vice President at National Westminster Bank for 11 years. Before joining National Westminster, Mr. Celano held a 22 year tenure as Vice President at Bankers Trust. Presently Mr. Celano serves on the Boar of Directors of three publicly-traded companies. He received his Masters in Finance and Investments from City College of New York and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Francis College.

Rosanne Barr

Rosanne Barr has been the Controller for RSC since 2006. Her 35 years experience in accounting has brought invaluable financial guidance, planning and vision to our company. Prior to her work with RSC, she was founder and head of her own accounting practice for 20 years. Rosanne is a graduate of CW Post with both a bachelors and Masters Degree in accounting and finance. She resides on Long Island with her family.

Ms. Lieberman joined Resource Search in 2005 and has been instrumental in diversifying both RSC's client base and core delivery strengths. Prior to joining the firm she spent many years in the technology space selling to top tier financial institutions as well as the fortune 100 for companies like Thomson/Reuters and Alacra. Debra attended Middlesex University in London, England and earned her Bachelor's Degree from William Paterson University.

Prior to joining Resource Search Company, Mr. Kalikas owned and operated an executive search firm that specialized in the recruitment of professionals within the accounting, information technology, financial services and legal services industries, respectively. George’s clients ranged from Fortune 100 corporations to small scale start ups. He has served in various contract roles including, recruiting manager, retention specialist and employment advisor.
Mr. Kalikas has been a restaurantuer, as well as, a motivational speaker and sales consultant. George is an alumnus of Baruch College. He is married with four children and is very active in his Staten Island Community. George has enjoyed the opportunity to serve on several youth sports executive boards, including Sailor’s Snug Harbor Little League and CYO.

Priscilla Peraza

Priscilla joined RSC in April 2008, and has been instrumental in handling vendor relations and mapping recruiting strategies to find the most highly qualified business partners so that RSC is always ahead of the demand curve. Priscilla brings an in depth understanding of client internals due to her experience prior to joining the RSC team.
Ms. Peraza graduated with a bachelors of science in Marketing and Business Administration from Richard Stockton College in 2002. Formerly she worked for Chimes and PrO Unlimited, two of the largest vendor management companies in the industry, where she gained extensive experience with the sourcing and recruitment of qualified candidates as well as, building solid relationships at all levels of management.
